Terms and Conditions
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via credit card.
- Payment Terms: Payments are charged on the 15th of the month.
- Contract Length: Monthly subscriptions with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
- Overage Charges: Additional minutes used beyond the included plan minutes will be charged at the specified rates for each plan.
- Cancellation Policy: Plans can be canceled with a 30-day notice. Any unused minutes are non-refundable.
- Confidentiality: All interpretation sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality and data protection measures.
